Media at the Trot Meeting last Year

On October 10, we held our Fall membership meeting at
Talisman Stable, and were treated to a demonstration
by Lorrie Bracaloni on
Holistic Horse Therapies entitled
“How to Identify and Release Your Horse’s Pain Points”.
I am new to this, so  I was very surprised at
how quickly she was able to obtain noticeable results using
simple procedures. It was fascinating to watch the horses
improve in such a short time. The demonstration was followed
by a wonderful pot-luck dinner and lots of conversation.
Many thanks to Pat Talbot for hosting the event at her
magnificent stable and indoor arena, to Kyle Jossi for organizing
the event, and of course thanks to Lorrie for sharing
her knowledge and skills with us.
TROT president Ron MacNab held a
brief membership meeting followed by a demonstration by
Lorrie Bracaloni on Holistic Horse Therapies. TROT
members Pat Oliva and Sandy Boyd brought their horses for
Lorrie to do a hands on demonstration. Both horses were
suffering from the long-term effects of Lyme disease and
EPM. Lorrie pointed out areas of imbalance in the horses
and techniques to correct these problems. The audience
started out sitting in our chairs, but we were soon on our
feet to get a better view of her work. Jean Cooper a veterinarian  was chosen
as a volunteer from the audience to confirm the changes
that Lorrie effected on the horses.
A long buffet table was set out in the aisle of Pat's barn, and
following Lorrie's demonstration, we all enjoyed a delicious
pot luck dinner. Lorrie stayed to answer questions. If you
would like more information about Lorrie's techniques, her
